learning editing!!!!
somehow after joining the DSLR group and observing their post day by day I realized, if you want to be seen, you need to be noticeable!
also means, raw, unedited, straight from the camera is not enough. One need to crop, bring out the colour and play around with it for effects before you can show it off. It’s no longer is satisfying where a simple snap of a moment is showcased. Well, that also depends on the outcome actually. Most, needs editing. So, I am now evolving in this.
The photo on top originates from the one below. I cropped, add saturation, sharpen it a little and blurred the background even more. For that, it added a little value to it and I gotten some encouraging comments.

In an hour, you get to serve… simple, tasty and hassle free…
no need mixer, no need measuring cup or weighing machine… simply throw everything in a pot…. well, the recipe:
butter, sugar, some vanilla essence…. melt this on a slow fire or double boiler. Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly. Once all melted, take it off your stove and let it cool a little. Then put in the eggs, some milk if you wish and stir a little. After that will be your flour, self raising preferably and mix everything together. Put it in two baking foils and bake. Once done, take one put it on a plate and pour the strawberry jam on it. Not too much though… cover with the second piece which you have sprinkled with some sugar and left to melt in the oven. It’s done!!
Cut it out, serve it hot or… serve with some vanilla/strawberry sundae ice-cream…. mmmmmm…. heaven!!
