What is that? It’s just another city centre. The Selangor Government awarded the development as Tourism Destination and MSC Malaysia Cyber centre. It is situated in Shah Alam, the capital of Selangor State and it does attracts passerby along the Federal Highway especially when it is dark with the bright and colourful lights. It is twenty minutes drive from my home (minus the bad traffic). So, after the all the postponements and the fact that I promised the kids to go at least once (because you enjoy the lights when it’s late at night), we took a stroll during the weekend. It was drizzling, but a promise is a promise. So many cars were driving into the place and we had to pay to park the car in the area. The guy said, ‘double during weekends’ and smiled. ish! Fine.. pay and drive up.
You have a choice to drive through (limited area) or park and walk (put on your walking shoes! It’s huge and hilly) So, we parked and walked. Exercise in the middle of the night.. hmmm. (we had tiny drops of water to keep us cool.. heheh)
The lights are simply awesome! At least once, you’d want to be here. You can stop for a drink or even a meal since there are many restaurants open. They have souvenir shops too. I see many adorning blinking rabbit’s ears on their head… LOL! I didn’t get to photograph that… We finally left at almost 3 am. (Making the most of it) The youngsters, the love-birds would frequent the place often I suppose since you’d consider it as a recreation park plus there’s many colleges and universities in the area. What else to do especially on a weekend night? After all, it is legal to loiter there! Have fun peeps… my time has passed eh! I did enjoy it anyway.
Imagine Santa dropping in @ i-City and those dairy cows!
that would be huge cactuses (well, I think so)
see more in the album…
